You’ll have to pay a fee for any really information, though.

6. Go to a Volunteer Directory

Believe it or not, there are “volunteer cellphone directories”, where people voluntarily place their cell phone information online for others to find and use. “Cellphone Directory” mentioned above contains aspects of the volunteer directory, while “National Cellular Directory” allows people to volunteer their mobile phone information.
